The selection begins on the lands where the best grain is grown. “Kronos” is the grain Agnesi uses to produce their pasta, a unique grain sweet in flavour, rich in precious nutrients, high in protein content and quality of the gluten and has the perfect golden colour.
The grain is mixed in Agnesi’s own mill, then the pasta is prepared according to a unique pasta recipe and finally the pasta is slow-dried.
