Fresh Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Pizza
Creamy fresh Goat Cheese paired with salty Prosciutto Stagionato, add a bit of fresh basil and have the perfect combination.

1 large cooked pizza base
4 Tbsp tomato sauce
30g Europomella Mozzarella pearls
4 thin slices of Prosciutto
30g of fresh goat cheese coarsely crumbled
8 fresh basil leaves
Greek Gold Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper
4 thins slices of Robo grilled courgette (optional)
Smear your tomato sauce evenly on your pizza base, lay over your courgettes if using and basil, arrange your mozzarella top with the crumbled goat cheese and finally, lay out the Prosciutto, as you want it to go crispy. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on your preheated hot oven (220°C) for 10 mins or until crisp and golden
